We aim to deliver within five days of receiving your order - most orders arrive within the first three days. Please wait for one week before contacting us about non-delivery unless you have paid for our Priority shipping service.

Your order is handled by Human Beings! If you have sent it twice, or the postage has been calculated wrongly, we WILL notice! If you wish to talk to us about your order at any time, you can call local rate number 0845 130 9500 or email post@hobgoblin.co.uk

We never pass on your details to anyone else. We won't charge your card until the day we send the goods either (excepting Paypal payments which are made up front).

All new items sent out by Hobgoblin Mail Order are guaranteed for one year, so if any defects appear, other than those caused by inappropriate handling, you can return the goods to us for repair or, if necessary, replacement.

If you change your mind about the order, you can return the goods to us within a week of you receiving them. You will be refunded the cost of the goods sent to you. Please note that Hobgoblin Music cannot refund postage costs for items that are not faulty.
