Terms, conditions, returns- shipments to USA and Canada

Due to the nature of these parts and equipment, and the nature of our business, no returns can be accepted nor refunds made. "All sales are final." Before you place an order for a part, or piece of equipment, please ensure that you want to own it, because once placed, an order may not be canceled & the item may not be returned. If there is any part of this statement that you don't understand, then email us- before you order.

Troubleshoot your heater before you order parts. Wrong parts are not returnable. We don't sell parts on a try-out basis because it is not fair to our other customers.

Refer to your parts manual. Be sure that the part you order is the part you need. Again, troubleshoot your heater before you order parts.

Exceptions:

If we make a mistake and send the wrong item we will refund 100% including the return freight.
To return an item email us first at reddyparts@bellsouth.net . Explain the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You will need to write this number on the box below the shipping label. Returns without this number will not be accepted and returned to sender. COD items will not be accepted.
Returns must include original invoice and packaging and parts must be in a resalable condition.
Damaged/missing goods:
If merchandise was damaged in shipping, or parts are missing, immediately notify us by email and file a claim. Do not discard the shipping container or the merchandise.

Canadian orders- special conditions

Due to shipment delays at Canadian Customs we have special Terms and Conditions for a Canadian shipment:
  • International Priority Mail of heater parts to Canada generally runs $22-26. Heavier items, such as a motor will be more. Shipping charges will be computed at the time we process the order.
  • International Express shipping runs $26 and up.
  • ReddyParts.com will provide the customer with the US Postal tracking number as proof of shipment. You can track and self-monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • We have the option to enter YOUR email address for email notification from the Post Office. For privacy purposes, we will only enter this if requested by you in the "comment" section of the order form.
  • ReddyParts.com must not be held responsible for delays, non-deliveries, or damaged goods because the Canadian Customs has opened, lost, and/or damaged the shipment during inspection.
  • ReddyParts.com must not be held responsible for Customs fees imposed on the shipment.
  • These terms are in addition to the terms and conditions that apply to all orders.

    ReddyParts.com will not sell, give away, loan, or in any other way pass any of your personal information to any other party, company or source. Exception: We offer United States Postal and United Parcel Service (UPS) as shipping types. Each shipper requires us to disclose the customer's name, address and phone number in order to achieve a shipping label and deliver the package.
